HOW TO KNOW FALSE PROPHETS

It is unfortunate that many are deceived 

today by the so called prophets. We have 

true prophets and we have false prophets. 

The Scriptures has this to say about false

 prophets.

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
                             Matthew 24:11

For false Christ's and false prophets shall 

rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to 

seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
                              Mark 13:22

   Tips On How To Know Them

1.They draw disciples to themselves and not to Christ.
2. They do not exalt Christ.
3.They tell people that Jesus death on the

 cross is not enough. That they need to do 

other things to be free.
4. They perform signs that keep people

wondering.
5.They have no character.
6.They do not believe in holiness.
7.They misinterpret the scriptures.
8.They make people believe that they are the only ones that can work miracles.
9.They put fear in people. Telling them that people are responsible for their problems.

10. They are known  by their fruits.  

   Matthew 7:20 KJV

In their greed they will make up clever lies to get hold of your money. But God condemned them long ago, and their destruction will not be delayed.

2 Peter 2:3 NLT

Beware of false prophets.
Any teaching that put fear in you, is not of God. Stop listening to teachings that contradict your faith.  You are responsible for what you hear. 

Where the Spirit of God is, their is liberty.

FRIENDSHIP

A friend is a person you enjoy his or her company and one whom one feels affection. A friend is a person you admire. A friend in need is a friend indeed. You must agree to work together. Birds of the same feather flock together. Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are.

To choose a friend, you must choose somebody you can trust. And not somebody who will betray you. Never be in a hurry to make friends. Many have been betrayed by their friends. Some because of their ugly experiences decide not to have friends any more.

The truth is that you can never be alone. Some friends are good if they fear God. Choose people that really love the Lord. Light and darkness can never be friends. Choose people that have no guile, but people that love the truth and speak the truth. Never have a gossiper as a friend. Because you will be the next victim.

If you have ever been wounded by a friend, take heart and learn your lesson. Don't ever confide in everybody. Know the kind of person you associate with. Everybody cannot be your friend. Frienship is by choice and not by right. We have so many wonderul people out there to choose from. A word is enough for the wise.

HANDLING IMPOSSIBLE PEOPLE

How to handle impossible people has been a major challenge to some people. These people make you feel uncomfortable. You don't really know what to do. You don't know what their problem is. You don't know how to help them.

I remember a Corper serving in our office, come to work one day cryng.I tried to find out what her problem was. She told me how her room mate finds fault in everything she does. By the time I finished talking to her she felt better.

Now, anybody you find quarreling at any point in time, has an issue that bothers him or her. You may not be the cause, but because you are there, you get the heat.

It may be family issue. It may be a broken relationship or disappointment. And the person flares up at any slightest provocation. The truth is that that person is not happy. And you should not add to his problem. Rather you should be a solution.

When you meet people like that, be concerned. Try to find out what the probem is and be ready help.You can help him or her get over that frustration. Help make the world a better place for everyone.

TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR THOUGHTS

As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is. You are a product of your thought. You are not different from your thought. If you have a low self esteem,  it's because of your thoughts. You are responsible for your thought.

There is nothing anybody can do for you, if you do not change the way you think. Your thoughts can be wrong. Your actions are because of your thought. And no man acts untill he thinks about it. This is why you should take your thoughts seriously.

Phillipians 4:8 tells us to think about things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, things that are of good report. If there is any virtue and if it is praiseworthy, think of them. Anything outside these, should not take your time.

So, take charge of your thought, for thoughts have destroyed many. Know that what you see and hear has influence on you.

The difference between the rich and the poor is what they do with their time. Some take advantage of their time, while others waste it. It's just like day and night. We have 24 hours everyday. What do you do with it.

Some sleep away their time, some while away their time, some gossip away their time, some idle away their time and some allow their time to pass over them.

It is important that you learn a skill. It is unfortunate that many Schools do not teach Skills. This is why many graduates are looking for white colar jobs. The truth is that not  all can be employed. Today millions of our youths are roaming  the street in search of jobs.

When you learn a skill, you become an employer of Labour. You help to reduce the unemployment ratio that has eaten deep into the fabric of our society.

Now go and learn as many skills as possible. When you have a skill, nobody will intimidatè you. Your skill will make a way for you.

Know your skill well. Most people are impatient, always in a hurry. People want value for their money. Always aim for excellence. Do not always be interested in gain. Give quality service and you will soon become a sought after.

WHAT IS IN YOUR HAND?

Many people look at themselves and conclude that there is nothing they can do. This is not true. The widow in  2 Kings 4  who the husband died owing, ran to Elisha asking of what to do when the creditors came demanding their money back.

Elisha asked her what she has in her house. She answered that she had nothing but a little oil. The man of God said that it was enough.

I feel very uncomfortable when I see somebody who is not doing anything. Some of them say they have no job. Others say, nobody employed them. That is not enough reason why somebody should be doing nothing.

There are many things you can do. And there is somethig in your hand.  Ask God to open your eyes to see limitless opportunities in your way.

There is something you can do. And there is something only you can do. And nobody can do it the way you do.

How to use your talent.

Most of our young people that are so gifted, don't know how to use their talents. So they do nothing with the gift God has given them. Some say that they do not have money, that is why they are not using their talent. I have come across some people who have been frustrated. I have a book called Leaving a Legacy. Information for this book will be located at the end.

The other group of people, especially young graduates, are busy looking for jobs. The truth is that not all can be employèd. It is the hard truth. They can promise you employment but  that is not a guarantee that you will be given the job.

Hear me clearly, God has given each and every one of us a gift. Our gift is for our profit. I have friends who read one course ànd are today doing something else not related to the course they read. Maybe they discovered that the course they read is not what they wanted. Or that they prefer a better alternative.

If you have discovered what you are gifted to do, begin to do them. I have said it before, the area you are most gifted is the area you will excel.The clue is what you love do the most.

People can only celebrate you, when they see what you can do. Advertise what you do. learn how to package what you do. Showcase what you can do. See who can help you sell or sell yourself. The internet can be very useful. Take advantage of Millions all over the World to market your product.
